Below is a sample dive trip itinerary, you can provide this to your clients to ensure they book the correct trip and know what to bring and what the timings of the trip are.
Our dive company is inviting everyone to join another exciting BBQ on the Beach and Overnight Boad / Dive Trip
Enjoy the sun, sea, sand and stars aboard the dive boat. The weather is just perfect for a weekend of fun and adventure. Enjoy the company of family and friends gather around a campfire with their marshmallows and sumptuous dinner BBQ. The laughter on the boat, the excitement while looking forward to the next dive and explore *new dive locations, the breath taking views, all captured in pictures for that enjoyable and fun filled weekend! The adventure begins again…
Now we have two more flexible options to suit your plans!!!
Option 1:
Trip date:
Departure date:
Meeting point: Dibba Sea Port (Omani side)
Boarding time: between 08:00pm-09:30pm
Departure time: 09:30pm (The dhow will make a move if all the guests arrived before the departure time)
Return date:
Return time: maximum 05:00PM
Return Point: Dibba Port (same as departure)
Includes:
- Overnight on traditional dhow with sleeping mattress (open-air)
- 2 Breakfasts
- 2 lunches
- 1 sumptuous dinner BBQ on the beach
- Unlimited hot drinks and soft drinks, unlimited food
- 6 tank dives with weights (for divers)
- Snorkeling kit hire for snorkelers
- Instructor and / or Dive master on board
- Marshmallows for BBQ
Option 2:
Trip cost: Diver/ Non diver/ Snorkeler
(Heading back to Dibba Seaport via speedboat after the 3rd dive)

Boarding time: between 08:00pm-09:30pm
Departure time: 09:30pm (The dhow will make a move if all the guests arrived before the departure time)
Return date: (after the 3rd dive)
Return time: maximum 07:00PM
Return Point: Dibba Port (same as departure)

- Overnight on traditional dhow with sleeping mattress (open-air/cruising to the dive sites)
- Breakfast
- Hot lunch
- Unlimited hot and cold non alcoholic beverages, unlimited food
- 3 tank dives with weights (for divers)
- Snorkeling kit hire for snorkelers
- Instructor/Dive master on board
Option 3:
(Pick up from Dibba Seaport via speedboat to the BBQ on the Beach location and then join the rest of the group aboard a traditional Omani Dhow and make 2 dives on the following day)

- PADI Instructor and / or Dive master on board

Compressor, Oxygen Kit, First Aid Kit, Emergency contact numbers, Decompression Chamber contacts are all available on board. Our aim is to provide the best quality service whilst keeping DIVER SAFETY as our MAIN PRIORITY.
Please note divers/snorkelers are sleeping on dhow with soft mattress provided to sleep on open viewing deck for wonderful open air environment. Toilet and shower rooms on the dhow. No cabins.
Equipment hire: Full set (BCD, regulator, mask, fins, snorkel, wetsuit (optional), BCD only: x per day, Regulator only: x per day, Wetsuit: x per day, Torch: x (including “energizer” batteries) or you can bring your own torch.
Extra day dive: x per dive (time permitting)
Note: Cash payments for equipment rentals will be collected upon boarding the dhow

Payment and registration: Due to the popularity of these trips, we ask all guests to complete the booking form along with payment to secure their booking to avoid any disappointment. First come, first serve basis.

WHAT TO BRING LIST
- ORIGINAL PASSPORT OR Work Permit / LABOUR CARD OR IDENTITY CARD (for security checkpoint)
- Diving Equipment (or option to hire)
- Proof of diver certification (log book, c-card)
- Small light for night time use on the dhow
- Light clothes for warm weather during daytime
- Swim attire, windbreaker/jacket, towel, slippers
- Shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste
- Hat, sunglasses, sun screen lotion
- Camera (for the beautiful scenery)
- Mosquito repellent (for those who are prone to bites)
- Sleeping bags or blankets (Please note divers/snorkelers are sleeping on dhow with soft mattress provided to sleep on open viewing deck for wonderful open air environment. Toilet and shower rooms on the dhow. No cabins.)
- Your own adult beverages
Please do advise us if you need a TORCH on this trip. Torches will only be available for those who asked for it, Torch rental with energizer batteries are available to rent or you can bring your own torch. Thank you.
