Scuba Diver

Start your adventure now and become a PADI Scuba Diver. This program is for you, if you want to learn to dive, but don’t have the time to put into the full open water diver course. As a mini-program which is contained within the PADI Open Water Diver program, the PADI Scuba Diver certification lets you get your dive qualification rapidly and simply by giving you the basics in easy to manage segments allowing you to dive in the shortest possible time.

Throughout the course, you will learn the fundamentals of scuba diving. You earn this rating by completing three pool dives, three knowledge development sessions and by making two open water dives. You can easily convert this certification to a full PADI Open water certification when you get another day to complete it at any PADI resort or Dive Centre

You will need to be reasonably fit, happy to be the water and be at least 10 years old.

OK, that’s for me, what do I actually do?

During this course, you will be taught the basics of scuba diving, including all about what you do in the water and what kit you wear and how you put it on. This certification is given once you have finished your dives in the pool (or confined water like the beach), teaching sessions and then lastly by doing 2 dives in open water with your Instructor, specifically you will do 2 Open Water Dives, 3 pool sessions, theory lessons, Included you will get full rental equipment, The PADI Open Water Manual and PADI Scuba Diver certification (PIC) Duration and this should take 2 days.

How long will it take?

Normally this course is run over two days but if you need longer that’s fine.

What’s Next?

Of course all your work towards your PADI Scuba Diver certification can be used as credit towards the next level. With just 1 or 2 more days’ training you could become a full PADI Open Water Diver on your next vacation.
