Open Letter to IDC Guide PADI Course Directors. Unfortunately we have lost our original Phuket Course Director from the guide but he has been replaced in Phuket by Scubacat’s Course Director Sarah Kench.
It is with a heavy heart that myself and the original Course Director have had to part ways as he was my IDC Course Director but the split is in the best interest of the IDC Guide to ensure that all instructor candidates receive the best and fairest treatment and to ensure the Course Director acts professionally and honourably both as a person and as a businessman.
If anyone is concerned about this and / or wants to talk to me privately about this I am happy to explain the many things that have lead myself to this decision. I know this decision is the best one for the IDC Guide in keeping a group of highly professional dive educators with integrity that are dedicated to keeping their high standards in dive education.
The good news is that our replacement Thailand Course Director is a very well respected and experience Platinum Course Director that comes highly recommended and hopefully you will forgive me for not asking permission for their inclusion under these circumstances.
